East London poor are again targeted for Crossrail hole attacks: Muhammad Haque speaks out against Crossrail assault on Bethnal Green south residents

The 'letter' sent to addresses in the Castlemain Street, Woodeham Gardens, Lomas Street and Trahorne Close, off the Vallance Road, in London E1 [opposite where Hanbury Street ends just short of Vallance Road], was apparently linked by CrossRail company’s "Petition Negotiator - Central East'

But it bore no date. typical CrossRail crassness. more on the crassness by Crossrail Company later in this new series of reports. the CrossRail company propose to submit 'a further Additional provision to the Crossrail Bi' [that is now in the UK House of Commons. what they want to do with that submission is to seek the powers to violate the rights of the people who live in these streets. most of these people are in low income categories. Some are not. the violations will go on for 4 to 5 years! charming 'additional provisions' sought by Crossrail, aren't they! they are twisting the meaning of words.

Making nonsense out of what shreds of sense there ever had been in some of these expressions. so residents had a meeting this afternoon. At that meeting, a unanimous decision was made to authorise KHOODEELAAR! campaign to raise the issue and to do what was needed to help the residents tenants and occupiers to stop the Crossrail attacks. I we authorise the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against Crossrail hole Bill t speak in detail on our behalf for the tie being and to represent our opposition to CLRL, to the Secretary of State for Transport, to the GLA, the TfL, the local Tower Hamlets Council including the local councillors."

Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque said after the meeting in Woodeham Gardens today that the campaign against Crossrail hole plot would bring to the immediate attention of Ruth Kelly [the 3rd holder of the post of Secretary of State at transport since the Bill was introduced in the House of commons in February 2005] the latest crassness of the CLRL and would demand that the Govt dropped this latest manifestation of prejudice against common sense which is what the Crossrail company's plot to attack the Bethnal Green south ward residents is. speaking to the residents and tenants earlier, KHOODEELAAR! Organiser Muhammad Haque said that the campaign would help the community in drafting the relevant forma petitions to the Houses of commons and lords and in other legal and constitutional ways and that Khoodeelaar! would raise the pressure on the local Tower Hamlets Council to Say No to the Crossrail hole Bill at the next scheduled meeting of the Full Council due to be held in September 2007.
